The location was excellent and the buffet breakfast offered a good selection, including fresh French patisseries. upon check-in, I faced a three-hour delay due to unclean rooms, and when I finally received my room, it was not cleaned properly, with noticeable dirt and unpleasant odors. This experience marred an otherwise promising stay.

The lack of maintenance is glaring!!! Navigating the stairs is a workout due to the cramped chair lift!!! Poor shower pressure makes bathing frustrating!!! Shared balconies need privacy improvements!!! Room cleanliness should be prioritized!!!

I had a lovely two-night stay in a Double Room Sea View, which offered stunning views and a nice balcony to relax on. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the bathroom felt cramped and could use some improvement.
